MBA’s involvement was limited to the design of the pre-cast concrete-façade developed in collaboration with CCP. The building envelope utilizes thermal sandwich wall panels comprising a 150mm inner concrete leaf that resists wind loads, paired with an outer leaf that forms the building’s visual façade. The two leaves are connected using specialised connectors designed to reduce thermal bridging, enhancing the building’s energy efficiency.

Close coordination with the project engineers ensured careful integration of the panel design into the structural and architectural elements.
