Outside of work Rick enjoys camping, sea swimming and Volkswagens!

Stefan is fully conversant with the design of structures in all materials. He adopts a hands-on approach to all his projects and enjoys collaborating with architects and contractors.
Stefan has a masters degree in Structural Engineering and Architecture which he completed at the University of Sheffield.
Away from the office Stefan enjoys exploring the Coastal Path with his dogs.

George is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is keen to expand his knowledge within the construction industry and hopes to achieve his goal of gaining chartership status within structural engineering.

Her work at MBA involves drainage and road design for housing developments, for both private schemes and those to be adopted under a S104 and S38 Agreement. Her previous experience in Spain was concentrated on infrastructure maintenance for the Council in areas such as roads and water supply.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys outdoor activities such as running, walking coastal paths and kitesurfing.

Since his time at MBA, Elliot has become proficient in many aspects of structural design becoming well versed in the use of many structural software packages, including Tekla Structural Designer which uses advanced 3D modelling to generate whole building structures which integrates with the architectural modelling to create a fully collaborative design.
Elliot is a highly motivated member of the team and is keen to progress his professional development as a structural engineer with MBA.
In his spare time, Elliot enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, trail running, rock climbing and whenever possible snowboarding and mountaineering.

Emma is efficient in the use of 2D AutoCAD and is developing her skills in Autodesk Structural Revit using 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) to integrate the structural modelling with the architects models to provide a fully coordinated and efficient design.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys running, going for walks and spending time with her family.

During his time at MBA, Sam has been responsible for the design of civil engineering projects.
Sam has continued to develop his skills in the use of software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Microdrainage to provide detailed designs for many of the civils projects.

During his time at MBA, Ethan has been undertaking Section 104 Agreements to allow newly connected sewers and pumping stations to be adopted by the local sewage authority.
