MBA provided the full structural package of drawings and calculations for this one-off family dwelling in this stunning location overlooking the Carrick Roads estuary. Options were presented for the primary structure to allow for a cost comparison exercise to be undertaken by the Quantity Surveyor to meet the clients budget. The structural design was subsequently developed into detailed drawings for construction purposes.

MBA’s involvement continued throughout the construction process with regular site inspections to ensure compliance with the structural design. Close liaison was provided with the contractor throughout to assist with ongoing queries.
