MBA Consulting was responsible for all structural and civil engineering aspects of this seven-storey development, comprising 52 beachfront apartments. The structure featured a reinforced concrete frame with a steel-framed penthouse.

A significant retaining wall was constructed along the rear boundary to address level changes and accommodate lower-level parking, requiring technical approval from County Highways.

Precast concrete balconies provided a high-quality finish to the seafront elevation. These were carefully coordinated with the specialist manufacturer to ensure precise integration with the main frame.

MBA Consulting worked closely with the client and design teams to coordinate all civil and structural elements during the design phase. Our involvement continued through to the construction phase, including reinforcement inspections and resolving technical queries.
