MBA Consulting delivered full structural and civil engineering services for this four-storey timber frame development, built on a masonry ground floor plinth with precast concrete planks for enhanced robustness and acoustic performance.

A highway retaining wall was constructed at the rear to accommodate lower-level car parking, with a segmented design and sequenced construction to reduce temporary works.

MBA worked closely with the client and design teams throughout the design phase and remained involved during construction, providing reinforcement inspections and on-site support to address technical queries.
