MBA were engaged to prepare the Structural and Civil engineering designs for this new homeless and social exclusion facility in Pool.

The space will provide essential accommodation for the local community, as well as offering a day to day facility.

The projects focused on sustainability and was constructed on a brownfield site of the former South Crofty mine.

MBA are very proud to have worked on this scheme bringing together many local trades and professionals to deliver this much needed resource for the local community.
